Weighted Side Leg Raise with Strong Strong Bar

Select your desired Ankle Weight. Standing by the Strong Stall Bar, with your core engaged, lift your leg out to the side (and slightly behind the plane of your body) with ankle and toe pointed straight ahead or leading the motion with your heel. Keep standing leg knee soft, and no leaning. This can be effective with a small motion. Leaning uses your back and takes the focus of your targeted muscles.
