Select your desired Ankle Weight. Standing by the Strong Stall Bar, engage your core, bend your knee by lifting your foot toward your bottom. Keep your standing leg knee soft. Make sure to keep a strong core and neutral spine. It's easy to want to arch your back to get your foot higher, as you get stronger your foot will get higher. This muscle group typically needs worked!
