Weight Shift Side to Side with Exercise Band

Attach the "Medusa Band" or other Exercise Band to the Strong Stall Bar placing the band around your waist. Shift your weight side to side controlling the movement with the resistance. Step away from the bar to take slack out of the band. If you need a Chair beside you for balance, be sure to move one close. Find a neutral spine and engage your core. You will start by shifting your weight away from the anchor and control your shift back. You be the boss of the band, don't let it pull you back fast.
