Standing Trunk Rotation with Weighted Bar
Stand with a Weighted Bar above your head. Make sure and engage your core and keep a tall posture, rotate your trunk to one side and rotate back to the other. Option: To do this more for a stretch and increase mobility just use a Dowel and not a Weighted Bar.
