Squats with Kettlebell

Standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, hold the Kettlebell down in front of you. Squat down, keeping your weight in your heels. Tap or get close to the floor with the Kettlebell before coming out of the squat. Remember to maintain neutral spine and engage your core. Options: Try using an Exercise Ball. **Be careful and keep your knees pointing straight ahead or slighty to the outside, and keep your bottom behind you to help maintain good form.
