Shoulder Internal Rotation @ 90? with Exercise Band
Facing away from the anchor of your Exercise Band, take the handles of the band, raise your arms overhead and step forward far enough to take slack out of the band. Drop your elbows at shoulder height and maintain 90 degrees in your elbows. Allow your shoulders to rotate so your hands lower to shoulder height. Then you will control the bands back up to the starting position. This is a great shoulder exercise. Make sure you keep your shoulder blades engaged so that you don't hike your shoulders up.
