Seated Hang with Exercise Ball
Position yourself seated on an Exercise Ball with feet flat on the floor facing the Strong Stall Bar (SSB). Reach the arms up and grab on to the highest bar you can get to while remaining seated on the ball. Your arms should be fully straightened. Hang from the bar and allow the weight of the body to relax into the ball.
