Scapular Retraction

Seated or standing, squeeze your shoulder blades together. Do not hike your shoulders. Imagine trying to slide each shoulder blade down into the opposite pocket of your jeans. Options: You can hold on to a resistance band for resistance. You also can do laying down with your arms at your side. Imagine lying in sand and you are going to press your shoulder blades and arms into the sand. This is an easy one to do to reverse your forward posture of the day.
