Row with TRX Strap
Stand holding on to each strap and step back to take the slack out of the TRX Strap. The further you walk your feet toward the anchor the more body weight you will pull. Pull your body weight toward the handles, driving your elbows behind you. Don't hike your shoulders. You should feel between your shoulder blades and the back of your arms.
