Mountain Climber with TRX Strap
Start facing away from the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) with a TRX Strap in each hand and palms facing backward. Step back into a plank position so that the wrist are directly under the shoulders and the body is in a straight line. Maintain a neutral spine and shoulder stability as you draw one knee in toward the chest. Return to start and repeat on the other leg. Step back towards the SSB to increase the difficulty and away from the SSB to decrease difficulty.
