Hip Adduction with Cable Machine

Adjust the machine so the anchor is at the lowest setting and attach the ankle strap to one leg. Position yourself so you are standing next to the machine, holding onto the bar, with the ankle strap on the outside leg and the band behind the inside leg. Keeping the leg straight, leading with your heel, lift your leg to the side and slightly behind you. Don't lean and make sure you stay tall through your stabilizing leg.
