Exercise Band Shoulder External Rotation

Choose desired Exercise Band and handles. Place Exercise Band through on hook loop on Strong Stall Bar then thread the band through the bar for your height. The band should be mid-torso. Hug a towel roll at your side with your elbow to maintain proper alignment. Standing with the shoulder you are working away from where the band is anchored, and with your elbow maintaining at least a 90 degree bend, engage your shoulder blades and pull the band out to the side. You should feel the back of your shoulder engaging. If you feel the back of your arm or forearm more, you are likely losing the 90 degree elbow position. Return to the start slowly. You can do both arms at the same time. You can lay on the side you are not working and use a light Dumbbell as well. In addition the Hoist Pulley can be used.
