Diagonal Woodchopper with Kettlebell

Standing with a Kettlebell in one hand, raise the Kettlebell up overhead and to the right. In a swinging motion, bring the Kettlebell across your body in a downward diagonal motion bending slightly at the knees. Focus on a strong grip and keeping a neutral spine. You will tend to want to twist at your hips. Try and focus on keeping both knees parallel and pointing straight ahead.
