Anchor an Exercise Band on the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) above head height. Position yourself facing the SSB with arms straight and a neutral spine. Draw one elbow back, bringing the hand to the face and turning the head to look toward the elbow. Repeat on the opposite side. Anchor an exercise band on the SSB at chest height. Position yourself facing away from the SSB holding the handles of the exercise band at chest height. Reach one arm forward as one arm stays back. Repeat on the opposite side. Try lifting the same side knee as you extend the arm. Try lifting the opposite side leg as you extend the arm. Anchor the exercise band at the top of the SSB. Grab the exercise band with both hands and begin with the arms extended up toward the anchor of the band. Keeping the arms straight and using the core, pull the band down and away from the SSB, following the hands with the eyes. Repeat on the other side. Try this exercise in the opposite direction by attaching the band to the bottom of the SSB and reaching up and away from the SSB.
