Alligator Clap with TRX Strap

Stand holding on to both straps in one hand and take the slack out of the straps. The further you walk your feet toward the anchor the more difficult the exercise will be. Starting with arms extended straight, slightly reach toward the anchor with the arm that is not holding the straps. Then, open your chest, bringing that same arm toward the floor. Keeping a neutral spine and core engaged is essential for the success of this exercise.
