Windmill with TRX Strap

Start facing away from the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) with a TRX Strap in each hand and palms facing forward. Walk away from the SSB until hands are behind the chest. Reach one arm overhead as you reach the other arm behind your back, bending the elbows. Slowly alternate arm positions ensuring you sweep arms all the way out to the sides as you transition from side to side.
