Weighted March with Strong Stall Bar

Select your desired Ankle Weight. Standing by the Strong Stall Bar, engage your core and bring your knee up into a high march in front of you to your desired height. Repeat on the same side for strength or alternate for a balance challenge. Options: You can make this more challenging by not holding on or loosening your grip on the bar. You can stand on a Balance Pad or Bosu Ball. You can even try standing on the Trampoline or Vibration Platform for added challenge.
