Standing Twist with Cable Machine

Adjust the machine so the anchor is at chest height with a handle attachment. Position yourself so you are standing sideways next to the machine, holding the handle with both hands. Push your arms away from your body and rotate your trunk away from the anchor, control your rotation back. Option: Increase your challenge by having your eyes follow your hands. You also can add difficulty by standing on a Bosu Ball, Airex Pad, or Balance Discs. Also try standing on one leg.
