Squat with Knee Distraction with Mobility Band
Anchor the Mobility Band on the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) at mid-thigh height so that there are two loops for the legs. Facing the SSB, put one leg in each loop so that the band goes behind each knee. Sink back into a squat with arms down at the side, or reach them overhead.
