Spinal Twist Shoulder Opener
Start on your stomach with one arm extended to the side and the other hand on the floor by your chest. Rotate away from the hand that is on the floor, opening the chest and shoulder. Hold for a few deep breaths, then return to start. Repeat on the other side.
