Spinal Flexion Passive Range of Motion
Anchor the Mobility Band as shown around the pigtails of the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) at hip height. Position yourself facing away from the SSB with the band around the hips. Slowly drop the upper body down towards the floor and allow the head and arms to hang freely.
