Sit to Stand
Start seated on a Chair or Mat Table in a neutral posture with core engaged, hands on your hips, and knees and toes pointed forward. Shift your weight forward while maintaining neutral position of the spine. Push up through the arches and heels of your feet to a full standing position. Control your descent as you sit back down.
