Shoulder Internal Rotation with Pulley
Start in a comfortable seated or standing position with a Pulley handle in each hand. Position your arms so that the elbows are bent and one arm is in front of the body and the other arm is behind the back. Reach the front arm up overhead and the back arm down towards the floor. Gently move through this motion. Switch arm positions and repeat on the other side.
