Adjust the machine so the anchor is shoulder/head height and attach the bar. Start facing the machine holding onto the bar with palms down and elbows straight. Brace your core and pull the bar down towards your thighs, keeping a neutral spine. Make sure not to lean forward. Slowly return to the starting position.
