Shoulder Decompression with Mobility Band
Anchor the Mobility Band to the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) at shoulder height. Position yourself facing away from the SSB with one arm through the loop of the band. Keep the banded arm back and step the opposite leg forward. Hinge at the hips and lean the upper body down toward the floor as you look away from the banded arm. Move in and out of your end range for 5-15 repetitions.
