Seated Trunk Rotation with Exercise Ball
Sit upright on the Exercise Ball with feet flat on the floor and a neutral spine. Hold a weighted ball at the navel with elbows at 90 degrees. Slowly rotate from the trunk to one side with the shoulders and head following the ball. Return to start and repeat in the opposite direction.
