Seated Row with Hoist
Start by choosing your desired weight. Put the bar in the back position, closest to the weight stack, by pulling the yellow lever on the side. Sit facing towards the weight stack, and reach for the desired hand position. Keep elbows comfortably at your sides, squeeze shoulder blades and pull bar back with your arms.
