Plank Series with TRX Strap
Start facing away from the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) with a TRX Strap in each hand and palms facing backward. Step back into a plank position so that the wrists are directly under the shoulders and the body is in a straight line. Try the following series while keeping the back flat and a neutral spine. Lift one foot off the ground, return to start, and repeat on the other side. Bring one knee in towards the chest, return to start, and repeat on the other side. Keeping arms straight, reach both arms forward slightly and return to start. Finally, lift one foot off the floor while simultaneously reaching the opposite side arm forward. Return to start and repeat on the other side.
