Medicine Ball Overhead Side Bend with Exercise Ball
Sitting on the Exercise Ball with knees bent to 90? and holding a Medicine Ball with both hands, raise the Medicine Ball up and overhead. Reaching tall and keeping a neutral spine, side bend. You should feel a stretch on your opposite side. Focus on staying long through the spine. The bend doesn't need to be huge to be successful. Start small, make sure you have good control. Increase your motion as you can.
