Horizontal Rows with Cable Machine

Adjust the machine so the anchor is at head height with the strap attachment. Start facing the machine holding the strap with palms facing down and elbows straight. You can stagger your stance for better balance. Brace your core and pull the strap towards your face, drive your elbows behind you, keeping your arms parallel to the floor. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, then slowly return to the starting position.
