Hand Decompression with Mobility Band

Anchor the Mobility Band to the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) at shoulder height. Place the hand into the Mobility Band as shown in the pictures. Start by stepping away from the SSB until there is tension in the band. Step the outside leg away from the SSB as you gently rotate the upper body away from the banded arm. More in and out of your end range for 5-15 repetitions.
