Hamstring Curl with Cable Machine
Adjust the machine so the anchor is at the lowest setting and attach the ankle strap to one leg. Start facing the machine, holding on for balance if necessary, but do not lean on the machine. Keeping your thighs next to each other, bend one knee, curling your heel up towards your glute. Control the leg back down to the starting position. Make sure to repeat the exercise on both legs.
