Exercise Band Shoulder Internal Rotation

Choose desired Exercise Band and handles. Place Exercise Band through a hook loop on the Strong Stall Bar then thread the band through the bar for your height. The band should be at your mid-torso. Use a towel roll to maintain proper alignment. Standing with the shoulder you are working facing where the band is anchored, pull the band toward your stomach and slowly release. An alternative would be to use the Hoist Pulley.
