Exercise Band Row with Strong Stall Bar

Choose desired Exercise Band and handles. Place Exercise Band around one bar (you can wrap more or use 2-3 bars to get your desired resistance). Standing, keep knees soft, core engaged, squeeze shoulder blades together as you pull the band back to your waist, with elbows close to your body. Control the motion back. Increase difficulty by standing on one leg. Increase even more by standing on the Balance Pad or Bosu Ball. This is a good exercise to assist your posture.
