Bosu Side Lunge with TRX Strap
Stand holding on to the TRX Straps, place one leg up on Bosu and the other on the floor. Make sure to eliminate any slack in the TRX Strap. Shift your weight into the foot that is placed on the ground as you bend that same knee. Return to starting position. Focus on keeping your weight in your heels, engaging your core, and keeping a neutral spine
