Bird Dog

Start in tabletop position, with hands below shoulders and knees below hips, with your core engaged and spine neutral. Start by extending one arm directly in front of you. Repeat with the other arm. Then, extend one leg straight back. Repeat with the other leg. To add challenge, extend an arm and the opposite leg at the same time, engaging your core to balance. Additionally, you can keep a knee bent while extending your heel straight up to the ceiling.
