Assisted Plow
Start on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms at your side. Bring your knees into your chest and hand on your hips as you start to lift your hips and low back off the floor. Continue lifting your hips and back until your toes touch the floor over your heads. Hold for a few deep breaths, then return to start.
