Single Leg Dead Lift

Stand one leg. Keep a strong core and neutral spine. With a soft knee, hinge at your hips and tip forward as you allow your leg to lift behind you. Keep your movement small as you learn how to control it. The first two pictures are a front view and the side views help you see the form better. Try to tip forward and come back without touching your foot down 5-10 times. Switch legs. One thing to watch close is that you keep your hips level. Don't let the hip of the leg you are standing on, drop out to the side. To add a challenge put a wait in your hand.
