Grapevine

From a standing position start with your right foot and step over your left, put weight onto that foot so you can now take a step with your left foot out a little wide. Now you are going to take your right leg and reach behind your left leg. Put weight onto that leg so you can step with your left leg. Repeat a few times. Then facing the same direction go back the other direction now your left leg is stepping over your right first. If you really exaggerate your step in front into a march and really exaggerate the step behind without twisting your trunk too much you will gain some really nice pelvic motion you use every time you walk!!
