Ball Squat

Find an open wall and place your ball at your back pockets. Engage your core, have a good base of support with your feet out from under. This will work if you relax against the ball. Next, drop your bottom toward your heels. The ball will roll up your back. When you are at the low part of your squat, check and make sure your knees are over your feet, not way out in front.
