Thread the Needle/Open Book
Start standing, holding on to the Strong Stall Bar with your feet behind you and your body in a plank position. Keep your core engaged, spine neutral, and hips in line with the rest of your body. Reach your right hand across the left side of your body, and then rotate it back to the right twisting your spine, opening your chest, and reaching towards the corner of the ceiling. Hold the open position for a few seconds. Return to start. Repeat on the other side.
