Squat into Upright Row with Kettlebell

Standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width, hold onto the Kettlebell with both hands in front of your body. Bending at the knees, squat down letting the Kettlebell tap the floor or get close to it. Keep your weight in your heels. As you come out of the squat, raise the Kettlebell up your chest by bending at the elbows.
