Single Leg Hip Rocking

Start lying on your back with one leg straight on the floor and the other knee bent up, foot on the floor. While engaging your core, slowly allow your bent leg to fall away from your body. Return it to starting position, and allow it to fall across your other leg, keep your hips flat on the floor the whole time. When doing this with one leg it targets your hip, when doing this with both legs at the same time, it targets your low back.
