Shoulder Flexion with Pulley
Start in a comfortable seated or standing position facing away from the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) with a Pulley handle in each hand. Keeping the arms straight out in front of the body, reach one arm overhead as the other arm goes down. Gently move through this motion alternating arms.
