Shoulder Abduction with Pulley
Start in a comfortable seated or standing position facing away from the Strong Stall Bar (SSB) with a Pulley handle in each hand. Keeping the arms straight out to the side, reach one arm straight overhead as the other goes down by the side. Gently move through this motion alternating arms.
