Lat Pulldown with Cable Machine
Adjust the machine so the anchor is above your head with the strap attachment. This exercise can be performed on your knees or from a chair. Start facing the machine, hold the strap with palms facing out and elbows straight. Brace your core as you pull the strap down, bring your elbows towards your sides. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, while keeping a neutral spine. Slowly extend your arms back up.
