Kneeling Ankle/Foot Stretch
Start by positioning yourself on hands and knees from a table, bed or the floor, with the tops of your feet flat on the floor. Your soles will be pointing up. Slowly sit back on to your heels. This is also good for knee and hip range of motion. Option: Tuck your toes under and get a stretch through your arch.
