Kettlebell Swings
Standing with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, let the Kettlebell hang in front of you. Squat down, keeping your weight in your heels, swing the Kettlebell back between your legs. As you come out of the squat, raise your arm all the way above your shoulders in a swinging motion. Remember to keep your arms extended throughout the whole exercise and maintain a neutral spine. It's very important to keep a strong core. A visual to help you with this exercise is to think of it like you are trying to split a log with an axe.
