Start lying on your back with arms by your side and knees bent with feet flat on the floor. Bend your right knee and cross your right ankle over your left knee. Push your right knee away until you feel a stretch in your glutes. For an additional stretch, hook your hand behind your left thigh and lift your left leg off the ground. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side
