Exercise Band Row with Balance Discs
Attach the appropriate strength of the Exercise Band to the Strong Stall Bar. Place the Balance Discs an appropriate distance away from the Exercise Band in either wide stance, narrow stance, step stance, or tandem stance. As you balance on the Balance Discs pull the handles of the band towards you squeezing your shoulder blades together and then return to start. Remember to keep your shoulders down and away from your ears.
